Hearty Vegetable Cheese Bake - This very filling, completely satsfying vegetable cheese bake, is made with the very healthy brown rice. A little green onion was added for flavor and aroma, and we partnered it up with just a dash of dill. Mix in cottage and parmesan cheese with some milk, and you have a healthy vegetarian dinner in “Less Than 30 Minutes”!

Cheesy Pita’s - This Italian inspirated, warm sandwich recipe is just perfect for a healthy lunch. Slightly spiced with some Italian herbs mixed into the 4 seperate cheeses; ricotta, mozzarella, provolone,parmesan, then snugly wrapped in a pita pocket, and oven baked just long enough to melt all that succulent cheese together.
