Easy Greek Isle Bread - This very unique recipe for the bread maker is loaded with as much goodness and flavor as we could possibly put into a loaf of bread! The distinctive Greek flavors of feta and olives, combine with the yogurt for cheesy creaminess, and the subtle healthy addition of cucmber adds the perfect finishing touch.

Ingredients to make Easy Greek Isle Bread
1/2 c Water
2 c White bread flour
3 tb Yogurt,plain
2 ts Dry milk
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
2 ts Butter
1 pinch Garlic powder
4 ts Black olives,chopped
1/2 ts Sweet basil
1/2 ts Dill weed
2 1/2 tb Feta cheese
2 1/2 tb Cucumber,pureed
1/2 ts Fast-Rise yeast *** OR ***
1 ts Active-Dry yeast
SUCCESS HINTS: Cucumber should be peeled, seeded, and then pureed. If the feta cheese is packed in water, drain well. Finely chop the black olives.

Tossed Pasta with Lemon Garlic Veg - The unbelievable “no sauce” pasta recipe. We healthified this as much as we could for you, not only by cutting out the heavy sauce, but by giving it fresh, natural flavors of tomato, garlic, and basil, that were sauteed in wine. Toss everything with healthy olive oil and serve.

Ingredients to make Tossed Pasta with Lemon Garlic Veg
1 ts Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves, peel & mince
1/2 c Dry white wine
1/4 c Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 c Chopped tomato (1 medium)
4 oz Spinach angel hair pasta
4 oz Semolina angel hair pasta
1/4 c Chopped fresh basil
2 tb Freshly grated Parmesan
Ground black pepper to taste

Spiced Vegetables over Couscous - We included every color, flavor, and texture of vegetables we could for this super healthy meal! Cooked stove top, it fabulously quick and easy. with the best blend of spices ever created. We added couscous, instead of regular rice, as there is so much flavor in the veggies, something plain, really helps to bring that out. Enjoy some healthiness tonight.

Ingredients to make Spiced Vegetables over Couscous
1 Onion, coarsely chopped
4 Garlic cloves, chopped
2 To 3 tablespoons olive oil
1 ts Cumin
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Curry powder
1/2 ts Coriander
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Turmeric
1/4 ts Powdered cloves
1/4 ts Ground coriander
1/4 ts Ground dried ginger
3 Tomatoes, chopped
6 c Broth Vegetable
1 sm Sweet potato, peeled, cut into 1 or 2 inch chunks
1 sm Carrot, peeled, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 md Or 2 smallish new potatoes, cut in chunks
1 sm - medium turnip, peeled, cut in 1 inch chunks
1/2 Head green cabbage, cut into chunks
1 Handful green beans, trimmed, cut into 2 inch lengths, OR: 1/2 c Frozen green bean
2 Zucchini, trimmed, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 Green pepper, stemmed, seeded, cut into strips
1 c Cooked, drained chick-peas, canned are fine
2 c Couscous grains
2/3 c Raisins
3 tb Butter
