car_mfn No Fat Carrot Muffins - These simple, savory muffins are not only no fat, they are overflowing with fabulous flavors, and, are quick and easy too! Slightly spiced the have a wonderful cooking aroma, that seems to make them taste that much better. Even kids like muffins, so they are a wonderful, healthy snack, or even breakfast on-the-go.

Cook Time: 25 mins
Servings: 12
Difficulty Level: 1

Ingredients to make No Fat Carrot Muffins

1 1/2 c Carrots, grated
1 t Cinnamon
1/8 ts Cloves
1 t Orange peel
2 Eggs
4 tb Raisins
1 t Vanilla
6 tb Flour
1 t Baking Powder
2/3 c Powdered milk
1 Amount of brown sugar Twin to equal 20 tsp. sugar

Directions to make No Fat Carrot Muffins

Step 1:Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin tin with Pam. Divide equally. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
Step 2:Can substitute Egg Beaters for the eggs and use Equal instead of Sweet and Low.
