biscuit Heart Healthy Biscuits - This very popular, heart healthy recipe for biscuits creates a light, fluffy biscuit without the saturated fat. You are only 5 basic ingredients away from these tasty, oven baked gems! A quick, easy, healthy recipe for those of you who thought you would never be able to enjoy biscuits again.

Ingredients to make Heart Healthy Biscuits

2 c flour
3 ts baking powder
1/3 c oil
1/4 ts salt
2/3 c nonfat milk

Directions to make Heart Healthy Biscuits

Step 1:Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Measure oil and milk into cup but donft stir. Add all at once to flour mixture.
Step 2:Stir with fork until mixture leaves side of bowl and forms ball. Knead 10 times. Roll out (1/4 thick) and cut with floured glass or biscuit cutter. Bake 10-12 minutes.
